Local-Only Verification Tool

Gummy project evidence register and claims gate.

Track the document, scope, review status, disclosure rights and owner behind a product statement. A received file is not publishable evidence until its exact scope and public-use permission are both approved.

Nothing is submitted or stored on a server. Entries remain in this browser page until reload. Export a local CSV or print a local copy, and avoid entering unnecessary confidential information.

Publication Gate

Approve the exact wording—not a vague claim category

Complete this block for each material website, case-study, sales or directory statement. If the evidence changes, reopen the gate.

HOLD — 0 of 6 publication checks complete.
Record Boundary

What this tool does—and does not do

FDA's dietary supplement CGMP guide describes product specifications, master manufacturing records, batch production records and quality-control review/release. This tool uses those record categories to organize evidence; it is not a substitute for required records, qualified quality review, legal advice or regulatory approval. A web-page checkmark never changes the scope or disclosure terms of an underlying document.

Questions

Evidence-register FAQ

Does a received document automatically make a gummy claim publishable?

No. A document must be matched to the correct entity, product, formula, sample or batch, reviewed for its actual scope, and separately cleared for public use and exact wording.

Does this evidence register upload or store project information?

No. Entries remain in the current browser page. The tool has no form submission or server storage. Users can export a local CSV or print the page and should still avoid entering unnecessary confidential information.

Can a raw-material COA support a finished-gummy claim?

A raw-material COA can support defined facts about the identified material and lot. It does not by itself prove the finished gummy's potency, stability, manufacturing history or commercial-batch performance.

Evidence Review

Have a project evidence list ready for factory review?

Send only non-confidential evidence categories and open questions. Controlled files and disclosure decisions remain subject to the applicable owners and review process.

Request a Project Review

Label release evidence: when a claim or product fact appears on commercial artwork, use the gummy label and artwork approval checklist to match the exact wording to the formula, market, approved revision, printer proof and effective production record.
