Custom high-load gummy feasibility reviewed before scale-up.
If a target active load is demanding, the review focuses on depositing, drying, texture, packaging and the agreed stability program before any scale-up commitment. Buyers can use our shelf-life evidence checklist to define the review inputs.

Custom High-Load Gummies — technical specification
This route is for projects where total material load may constrain the dosage form; it is not a universal maximum-load promise.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Named material | Exact active form, grade, supplier specification, carrier and assay basis required |
| Label target | Amount per serving and reporting basis stated separately from total source-material mass |
| Formula-space budget | Active plus carriers reviewed against gelling, water, acid, sweetener, flavor, color and processing needs |
| Serving tradeoff | Piece mass and daily piece count treated as buyer decisions rather than hidden assumptions |
| Material behavior | Solubility or dispersion, particle behavior, water binding, pH interaction and sensory burden reviewed as applicable |
| Process screen | Mixing, transfer, depositing, setting, drying, release and coating questions identified for the proposed route |
| Acceptance criteria | Chew, appearance, active result, moisture-related attributes and other project-critical measures defined before scale transfer |
| Alternative path | If the target is not defensible in the requested serving, a lower load, more pieces or another dosage form may require buyer approval |
| Package dependency | Container, closure, count, headspace and route conditions included in the stability question |
| Evidence scope | Each conclusion tied to the named material, formula, sample or batch, method and time point |
| Commercial release | No MOQ, schedule or capacity commitment before feasibility and material/component readiness are confirmed |
What actually decides this project
Feasibility before quoting, not after
Active load, stability, taste balance and process compatibility are assessed before a project-specific commercial commitment is made.
A sample does not prove commercial transfer
A development sample can answer sensory and early formulation questions without demonstrating commercial mixing, transfer, depositing, drying, release or packaging behavior. The project plan should name which approved-sample attributes must be demonstrated again at the next scale and which process observations or finished-product results will support the decision. No pilot validation is claimed before that work exists.
Feasibility boundaries
A responsible screen can end with “not supported in the requested format.” If total material, sensory burden, process behavior, serving count or evidence requirements do not produce a defensible specification, the buyer may need to change load, serving architecture, package or dosage form. Any alternative remains a proposal until the buyer approves it and supporting work is completed.
“High load” means different evidence for different materials

Request feasibility →Functional Mushroom Gummies
Define species, material basis, extract/carrier, marker method, gummy matrix and package before a commitment.
Request feasibility →Omega-3 EPA/DHA Gummies
Define source, fatty-acid basis, oil/powder form, oxidation methods, sensory system and package before a commitment.
Request feasibility →Inositol Gummies
Define named isomers, individual amounts, ratio, serving load, matrix, method and label before a commitment.
Request feasibility →Budget formula space
Convert the label target into source-material mass, per-piece load and the arithmetic space left for the matrix.
Open the browser-only calculator →Name the scale risks
Identify which mixing, depositing, setting, drying, release or packaging behaviors could change after the sample stage.
Pre-agree the stop rule
Define when the team should propose a lower load, more pieces or another dosage form instead of forcing the target.
Document boundary: Source-document review may be available for qualified projects, subject to document-owner approval, laboratory terms and sample-specific scope.
Questions buyers ask about custom high-load gummies
What is the highest active load you can run?
Practical load is formula-specific and must be supported by the evaluated active, process, serving format and finished-product evidence.
Can you work from my existing formula?
Existing formulas may be reviewed using non-confidential material, serving, process, package and acceptance information. A bench formula is not represented as commercially transferable until scale-dependent questions are answered.
How long does development take?
Development and production timing are confirmed after the brief, material-readiness and pilot requirements are reviewed.
What if my target load is not feasible?
Feasibility findings and any alternative specification are project-specific and must be supported before a commercial commitment.
